CHAP. 341.— An Act For the relief of Sarah S. Plank. August 11, 1916.[[H. R. 13785](/us/bill/64/hr/13785).][[Private, No. 99](/us/pl/64/99).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*, Sarah S. Plank. Payment to, for death of husband. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,000 to Sarah S. Plank, widow of Ed. S. Plank, who was killed in the discharge of his duties as a United States officer in seeking to enforce the United States laws in the Indian country. Approved, August 11, 1916.
