CHAP. 33.— AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States to sell the old post office and site thereof in the city of Dayton, Ohio. February 23, 1916.[[H. R. 322](/us/bill/64/hr/322).][[Public, No. 22](/us/pl/64/22).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Dayton, Ohio. Sale of old Federal building in, authorized.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to sell and convey the old Federal building and the site thereof in the city of Dayton, Ohio, located at the southwest corner of Fifth and Main Streets, in such manner and upon such terms as he may deem to be to the best interests of the United States and to convey such property to the purchasers thereof by the usual quitclaim deed; the proceeds Proceeds. of such sale to be deposited in the Treasury as a miscellaneous receipt.
