CHAP. 324.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to Traill County, North Dakota, to construct a bridge across the Red River of the North. August 11, 1916[[H. R. 15322](/us/bill/64/hr/15322)][[Public, No. 201](/us/pl/64/201)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Red River of the North.Traill County, N. Dak., may bridge, Caledonia. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to Traill County, North Dakota, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Red River of the North, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the village of Caledonia, in the County of Traill, in the State of North Dakota, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the constructionConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, August 11, 1916.
