CHAP. 306.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Missouri River at or near the city of Williston, North Dakota. August 9, 1916[[H. R. 14483](/us/bill/64/hr/14483)][[Public, No. 188](/us/pl/64/188)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Missouri RiverMissouri River.Missouri River Bridge Company may bridge, Williston, N. Dak. Bridge Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of North Dakota, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River at a point suitable to the interest of navigation, at or near the city of Williston, NorthConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Dakota, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, August 9, 1916.
