CHAP. 303.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to sell the old post-office building and site thereof at York, Pennsylvania. August 9, 1916[[H. R. 486](/us/bill/64/hr/486)][[Public, No. 185](/us/pl/64/185)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* York, Pa.Sale of old public building at. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to sell the present post-office building and the site thereof, situate at the corner of Philadelphia and Beaver Streets, in the city of York and State of Pennsylvania, either by public or private sale, after proper advertisement, at such time and on such terms as he may deem to be to the best interest of the United States, and to execute a quitclaim deed to the purchaser thereof, and to deposit the proceeds of said sale in the Treasury of the United States as a miscellaneous *Proviso*.Minimum price.receipt: *Provided*, That the said property shall not be sold for less than $10,000.
