Res., No. 10](/us/bill/64/pubres/10).] *Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the vacancy in the Board Smithsonian Institution. Alexander Graham Bell reappointed regent.of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution of the class “other than Members of Congress” shall be filled by the appointment of Alexander Graham Bell, a citizen of the District of Columbia. Approved, February 21, 1916.
