CHAP. 298.— An Act For the relief of James Houyde. August 8, 1916.[[H. R. 3255](/us/bill/64/hr/3255).][[Private, No. 84](/us/pvtl/64/84).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJames Houyde.Payment to, for death of son. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to James Houyde, of Morton, Washington, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $858, to compensate him for damages on account of the death of his son, Joseph Houyde, who was killed in the line of his duty while an employee 1352of the United States Forest Service in the Rainier National Forest, and the said sum is hereby appropriated for the purpose above set forth.
