CHAP. 281.— An Act For the relief of Collector of Internal Revenue A. S. Walker. August 7, 1916.[[H. R. 8697](/us/bill/64/hr/8697).][[Private, No. 71](/us/pvtl/64/71).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, A. S. Walker.Credit in internal revenue accounts. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and. he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit A. S. Walker, the collector of internal revenue of the State of Texas, and his accounts with the sum of $683.33 J, being the value of internal revenue stamps charged to him, stolen, lost, or accidentally destroyed at Austin, Texas, in the spring and winter of nineteen hundred and fourteen.
