CHAP. 278.— An Act Providing for the refund of certain additional duties collected on pineapples. August 7, 1916.[[H. R. 2184](/us/bill/64/hr/2184).][[Private, No. 68](/us/pvtl/64/68).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theR. U. Delapenha and Company.Refund of customs duties. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to R. U. Delapenha and Company, of New York, the sum of $782.31, being the amount of additional duties collected from them by the collector of customs at the port of New York, on four shipments of pineapples imported in January, February, and March, nineteen hundred and thirteen; and the said sum of $782.31 is hereby appropriated for this purpose from any moneys in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated.
