CHAP. 271.— An Act Authorizing the counties of Nassau, Florida, and Chariton, Georgia, to construct a bridge across the Saint Marys River between Florida and Georgia. August 7, 1916[[S. 6242](/us/bill/64/s/6242)][[Public, No. 174](/us/pl/64/174)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Saint Marys River.Nassau County, F la., and Charlton County, Ga., may bridge, at Kolars Ferry. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the counties of Nassau, Florida, and Charlton, Georgia, to build, maintain, and operate a bridge across the waters of the Saint Marys River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Kolars Ferry, about two miles below the Atlantic Coast Line Railway bridge, between the States of Florida and Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Georgia, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, August 7, 1916.
