CHAP. 270.— An Act For the establishment of Noyes, in the State of Minnesota, as a port of entry and delivery for immediate transportation without appraisement of dutiable merchandise. August 7, 1916[[S. 5645](/us/bill/64/s/5645)][[Public, No. 173](/us/pl/64/173)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the privileges of theNoyes, Minn.Granted immediate transportation privileges.Vol. 21, pp. 173, 174, first and seventh sections of the Act approved June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty, governing the immediate transportation of dutiable merchandise without appraisement be, and are hereby, extended to the port of Noyes, in the State of Minnesota.
