CHAP. 255.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to issue patent for certain lands to the town of Duchesne, Utah. July 26, 1916[[S. 36](/us/bill/64/s/36)][[Public, No. 165](/us/pl/64/165)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of thePublic lands.Grant to Duchesne, Utah, for cemetery. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue patent to the town of Duchesne, Utah, for the southeast quarter of the southeast quar-390ter, section two, township four south, range five west, Uinta special meridian, for cemetery purposes upon the payment of $1.25 per acre: *Proviso*.Reversion.*Provided*, That if the said town shall at any time permit the said lands hereby granted to be used for any purpose not contemplated by this Act the said lands shall revert to the United States.
