CHAP. 251.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war. July 17, 1916.[[H. R. 13486](/us/bill/64/hr/13486).][[Private, No. 61](/us/pvtl/64/61).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.James C.
Baker.The name of James C. Baker, late of Company G, Sixth Regiment Missouri State Militia Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $30 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
