CHAP. 246.— An Act To establish a term of the United States circuit court of appeals at Asheville, North Carolina. July 17, 1916[[H. R. 3673](/us/bill/64/hr/3673)][[Public, No. 159](/us/pl/64/159)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the judges of theCircuit Court of Appeals.Term at Asheville, N. C.Vol. 36, p. 1132, amended. United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit shall annually open and hold a term of the court of said circuit at Asheville, North Carolina, at such time as may be fixed by the judges thereof.
