CHAP. 238.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war. July 8, 1916.[[H. R. 14484](/us/bill/64/hr/14484).][[Private, No. 58](/us/pvtl/64/58).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pensions. That the Secretary 1323of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pensions laws— The name of Thomas Klugh, late of Company B, Eighty-fourthPensions increased.Thomas Klugh.

Jackson shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of $12 per month from and after the death of said Angeline Jackson. The name of Annie Morrison, widow of James Morrison, late aAnnie Morrison. seaman, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
