CHAP. 233.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Dallas and Southwestern Motorway Company to construct a bridge across the Brazos River, in the State of Texas. July 8, 1916[[H. R. 12362](/us/bill/64/hr/12362)][[Public, No. 151](/us/pl/64/151)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Brazos River.Dallas and Southwestern Motorway Company may bridge, Somerville County, Tex. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Dallas and Southwestern Motorway Company and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Brazos River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation about three hundred feet above the mouth of Georges Creek in county of Somerville, in the State of Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Texas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, July 8, 1916.
