CHAP. 23.— An Act Authorizing the Western New York and Pennsylvania Railway Company to reconstruct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Allegheny River, in Glade and Kinzua Townships, Warren County, Pennsylvania. January 27, 1917.[[S. 7538](/us/bill/64/s/7538).][[Public, No. 296](/us/pl/64/296).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Western New YorkAllegheny River.Western New York and Pennsylvania Railway Company may reconstruct bridge across, Warren County, Pa. and Pennsylvania Railway Company, a railroad corporation organized and existing under the laws of the States of New York and Pennsylvania, be, and it is hereby, authorized to reconstruct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Allegheny River, on the location of the existing structure and suitable to theLocation. interests of navigation, in Glade and Kinzua Townships, county of Warren and State of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisionsConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 27, 1917.
