CHAP. 23.— AN ACT Granting the consent of Congress to the Republic Iron and Steel Company to construct a bridge across the Mahoning River, in the State of Ohio. February 15, 1916.[[H. R. 8233](/us/bill/64/hr/8233).][[Public, No. 17](/us/pl/64/17).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent of Congress Mahoning River. Republic Iron and Steel Company may bridge, at Youngstown, Ohio.is hereby granted to the Republic Iron and Steel Company, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mahoning River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the city of Youngstown, in the county of Mahoning, in the State of Ohio, in accordance with Construction.
