CHAP. 224.— An Act For the issuance of a patent for certain Government land to Benjamin F. Robinson and John Dows. July 3, 1916.[[H. R. 11286](/us/bill/64/hr/11286).][[Private, No. 56](/us/pvtl/64/56).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Benjamin F. Robinson and John Dows.Land patent to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to cause to be issued to Benjamin F. Robinson and John Dows a patent for lots eight, nine, ten, and eleven, in section twenty-two, township ninety-nine north, range *Provisos*.Payment required.thirty-two west of the fifth principal meridian, Iowa: *Provided*, That within three months after the passage of this Act they shall have presented their application therefor and made payment tor said tracts at Prior rights not impaired.the rate of $1.25 per acre: *Provided further*, That nothing herein contained shall have the effect of defeating the rights of any other person or persons which may have attached to the land or to any part thereof.
