CHAP. 203.— An Act To authorize the board of commissioners of Lake County, Indiana, to construct a bridge across the Grand Calumet River, in the State of Indiana. June 30, 1916. [[H. R. 15007](/us/bill/64/hr/15007).] [[Public, No. 130](/us/pl/64/130).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Grand Calumet River. Lake County may bridge, at East Chicago, Ill. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the board of commissioners of Lake County, Indiana, and their successors and assigns to construct, maintain, 252 and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Grand Calumet River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation where the same intersects Cline Avenue, in the city of East Chicago, in the StateConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of Indiana, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the ‘right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is expressly reserved. Approved, June 30, 1916.
