CHAP. 201.— An Act To authorize the county of Wabash, in the State of Indiana, to construct a bridge across the Wabash River, at the city of Wabash, Indiana. June 30, 1916. [[H. R. 13669](/us/bill/64/hr/13669).] [[Public, No. 128](/us/pl/64/128).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Wabash River. Wabash County may bridge, at Wabash, Ind. That the county of Wabash, State of Indiana, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Wabash River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at the city of Wabash, in the State of Indiana, in accordance with the provisions of theConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 30, 1916.
