CHAP. 2.— AN ACT To extend the time for constructing a bridge across the Saint Francis River at or near Saint Francis, Arkansas. December 17, 1915.[[H. R. 3638](/us/bill/64/hr/3638).][[Public, No. 2](/us/pl/64/2).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the time for commencing Saint Francis River. Time extended for bridging, at Saint Francis, Ark. Vol. 38, p. 764.and completing the bridge authorized by Act of Congress approved October twenty-second, nineteen hundred and fourteen, to be built across the Saint Francis River at or near Saint Francis, Arkansas, by the county of Clay, Arkansas, and the county of Dunklin, Missouri, is hereby extended one year and three years, respectively, from date of approval of this Act.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment. expressly reserved.1 Approved, December 17, 1915.
