CHAP. 196.— An Act To extend the time for constructing a bridge across the Mississippi River at or near the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. June 30, 1916. [[S. 3722](/us/bill/64/s/3722).] [[Public, No. 123](/us/pl/64/123).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Mississippi River. Time extended for bridging, by Baton Rouge Bridge and Terminal Company, at Baton Rouge, La. Vol. 38, p. 514, amended. That the time for commencing and completing the bridge authorized by the Act of Congress approved July seventeenth, nineteen hundred arid fourteen, to be built across the Mississippi River at or near the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is hereby extended two years and five years, respectively, from date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 30, 1916.
