CHAP. 192.— An Act For the relief of Edward J. Lynch, collector of internal revenue for the district of Minnesota. June 28, 1916.[[S. 5495](/us/bill/64/s/5495).][[Private, No. 47](/us/pvtl/64/47).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Edward J. Lynch.Credit in accounts. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit Edward J. Lynch, collector of internal revenue for the district of Minnesota, and his accounts with the sum of $35,207.14⅜, being the value of currency, coin, and various kinds of stamps charged to him and which were stolen from the vault of his office during the night of January sixth, nineteen hundred and sixteen, together with other stamps which have since been returned him.
