Hosford on March ninth, nineteen hundred and fifteen, for ninety and seventeen one-hundredths acres of land, described as lot two, northwest quarter of the northeast quarter, north half of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter, southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter, southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter, section three, township seventeen south, range eleven west, Willamette meridian, except two strips each fifty links wide within the exterior boundaries thereof, described as follows:
