That the vacancy in the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution, of the class other than Members of Congress, which will occur on March first, nineteen hundred and seventeen, by reason of the expiration of the term of Mr. John B. Henderson, of the city of Washington, be filled by the reappointment of the said John B. Henderson for the ensuing term. Approved, January 19, 1917.
