June 28, 1916.[[S. 6](/us/bill/64/s/6).][[Private No. 40](/us/pvtl/64/40).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas L. Griffiths.Land patent to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue to Thomas L. Griffiths a patent for lot three of section thirty in township twenty-nine south of range eight west of the Salt Lake meridian, in *Proviso*.Payment required.the State of Utah: *Provided*, That he shall first have paid at the rate of $1.25 per acre therefor.
