CHAP. 177.— An Act Authorizing the health officer of the District of Columbia to issue a permit for the removal of the remains of the late Charles H. Bingham from Congressional Cemetery, District of Columbia, to Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. June 27, 1916.[[S. 5863](/us/bill/64/s/5863).][[Private, No. 39](/us/pvtl/64/39).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles H. Bingham.Remains of, may be removed from District of Columbia.
That the health officer of the District of Columbia be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a permit to Charles Bingham for the removal of the remains of his son, the late Charles H. Bingham, from Congressional Cemetery, District of Columbia, to Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, but such permit shall not be issued until there has been filed in the health department of the District of Columbia a permit from the proper governmental authorities at the place where said cemetery is located, authorizing the interment there of said remains.
