CHAP. 175.— An Act To authorize George H. Hervey, of Pensacola, Florida, to construct and operate an electric railway line on the Fort Barrancas and Fort McRee Military Reservations, Florida, and for other purposes. June 27, 1916. [[S. 3344](/us/bill/64/s/3344).] [[Public, No. 112](/us/pl/64/112).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Fort Barrancas and Fort McRee, Fla. George H. Herveygranted right of way across.
That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to give to George H. Hervey, of Pensacola, Florida, his heirs, successors, and assigns a permit to locate, construct, maintain, and operate a line of electric railway on the military reservations of Fort Barrancas and Fort McRee, in Escambia County, State of Florida, upon such location and under such regulations and conditions as shall be approved by the Secretary of War. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. reserved.
