West, of Maine; National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers. Appointment of four members of Board of Managers.James W.
Wadsworth, of New York; H. H. Markham, of California; and George Black, of Kansas, be, and they are hereby, appointed members of the Board of Managers of the National Home for disabled Volunteer Soldiers of the United States, to succeed Frederick J. Close, of Kansas; James W. Wadsworth, of New York; H. H. Markham, of California; and Thomas S. Bridgham, of Maine, whose terms of office expired April twenty-first, nineteen hundred and sixteen.
