CHAP. 172.— JOINT RESOLUTION Authorizing the President to appoint delegates to attend the Tenth International Congress of the World’s Purity Federation, to be held in the city of Louisville, State of Kentucky, November eighth to fourteenth, nineteen hundred and seventeen. March 3, 1917.[[H. J. Res. 334](/us/bill/64/hjres/334).][[Pub. Res., No. 53](/us/bill/64/pubres/53).] *Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the President of World’s Purity Federation.
Delegates to congress of, authorized.the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to appoint delegates to attend and represent the United States at the Tenth International Congress of the World’s Purity Federation, to be held in the city of Louisville, State of Kentucky, November eighth to fourteenth, *Proviso.* No appropriation.nineteen hundred and seventeen: *Provided,* That no appropriation shall be granted at any time for expenses of delegates or for other expenses incurred in connection with said congress.
