CHAP. 168.— An Act To authorize the Perdido Bay Bridge and Ferry Company, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Alabama, to construct a bridge over and across Perdido Bay from Lillian, Baldwin County, Alabama, to Cummings Point, Escambia County, Florida. June 22, 1916. Perdido Bay and Bridge Company may bridge. That the Perdido Bay Bridge and Ferry Company, a corporation existing under the laws of the 236 State of Alabama, be, and hereby is, authorized to construct, operate, and maintain a bridge and approaches thereto across Perdido Bay at a point suitable to the interests of navigation from the town of LillianLocation. on the western shore thereof, in the county of Baldwin and State of Alabama, to Cummings Point on the eastern shore Thereof, in the county of Escambia and State of Florida, in accordance with theConstruction.
