CHAP. 165.— AN ACT To authorize the change of name of the steamer Normania to William F. Stifel. June 22, 1916. [[S. 4760](/us/bill/64/s/4760).] [[Public, No. 105](/us/pl/64/105).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * “Normania,” steamer. Name may be changed to “William F. Stifel.” That the Commissioner of Navigation is hereby authorized and directed, upon application of the owner, the Ottawa Transit Company, of Mentor, Lake County, Ohio, to change the name of the steamer Normania, official number two hundred and five thousand and seventeen, to the William F. Stifel. Approved, June 22, 1916.
