CHAP. 159.— An Act For the relief of the M. A. Sweeney Shipyards and Foundry Company. June 19, 1916.[[H. R. 13064](/us/bill/64/hr/13064).][[Private, No. 36](/us/pvtl/64/36).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theM. A. Sweeney Shipyards and Foundry Company.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to the M. A. Sweeney Shipyards and Foundry Company, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,635, and which sum of money is hereby appropriated for this purpose, the same being the amount of money withheld by the Government from said firm for building and constructing a steamboat named “John Ewens.
