CHAP. 158.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war. March 2, 1917.[[H. R. 19937](/us/bill/64/hr/19937).][[Private, No 210](/us/pvtl/64/210).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Pensions. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Rachel A.
Dougherty, former widow of George F. Pension. Rachel A. Dougherty. Dougherty, late of Company C, Thirteenth Regiment Missouri State Militia Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month. The name of John I. Israel, late of Company K, Thirty-ninth Regiment Pensions increased. John I. Israel. Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $27 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Joseph M. Ford, late of Company M, First Regiment Joseph M.
Ford. Alabama Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $27 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Frank M. Douglass, late of Tenth Battery, Indiana Frank M. Increase to cease on death of child. in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of David C. Fleming, helpless and dependent child of said Francis E. Fleming, the additional pension herein granted shall Pension to child on death of mother. cease and determine: *And provided further*, That in the event of the death of Huldah Melissa Fleming, the name of said David C.
