CHAP. 155.— An Act For the relief of Caleb T. Holland. March 2, 1917.[[S. 7601](/us/bill/64/s/7601).][[Private, No. 207](/us/pvtl/64/207).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Caleb T. Holland. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Caleb T. Holland, who was a private of Company E, Sixtieth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the eighteenth day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no bounty, pay, or allowance shall be held *Proviso*.
No back pay, etc. to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, March 2, 1917.
