CHAP. 141.— AN ACT Granting the consent of Congress to the County of Pearl River, Mississippi, and the fourth ward of the Parish of Washington, Louisiana, to construct a bridge across Pearl River, between Pearl River County, Mississippi, and Washington Parish, Louisiana. February 27, 1917.[[H. R. 19239](/us/bill/64/hr/19239).][[Public, No. 366](/us/pl/64/366).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Howse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent of Pearl River.
Pearl River County, Miss., and Washington Parish, La., may bridge.Congress is hereby granted to the county of Pearl River, Mississippi, and the fourth ward of the parish of Washington, State of Louisiana, and their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Pearl River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the fourth ward of the parish of Washington, State of Louisiana, in accordance with Construction.
