CHAP. 134.— AN ACT Relating to desert-land entries. February 27, 1917.[[S. 1068](/us/bill/64/s/1068).][[Public, No. 359](/us/pl/64/359).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the right to make a Public lands.Desert land entries allowed enlarged homestead entrymen.*Proviso.* Conditions.desert-land entry shall not be denied to any applicant therefor who has already made an enlarged homestead entry of three hundred and twenty acres: *Provided,* That said applicant is a duly qualified entryman and the whole area to be acquired as an enlarged homestead entry and under the provisions of tins Act does not exceed four hundred and eighty acres.
