CHAP. 133.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war. May 29, 1916.[[H. R. 12027](/us/bill/64/hr/12027).]([Private, No. 27](/us/pvtl/64/27).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— 1271 The name of John Baker, late of Company K, Eighth RegimentPensions increased.John Baker.
Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $50 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of James Whyde, late of Company F, Second RegimentJames Whyde.
