CHAP. 132.— Joint Resolution To grant citizenship to Joseph Beech. February 26, 1917.[[S. J. Res. 208](/us/bill/64/sjres/208).][[Priv. Res., No. 5](/us/bill/64/privres/5).] Whereas Joseph Beech has constantly been under the jurisdiction of the United States since the age of four years; and Preamble. Whereas the said Joseph Beech is not entitled to immediate naturalization under any existing statute; and Whereas the said Joseph Beech is not a citizen of any other Government: Therefore be it *Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Joseph Beech be, and Joseph Beech.
Admitted as a citizen. he is hereby, unconditionally admitted to the character and privileges of a citizen of the United States. Approved, February 26, 1917.
