R. 8068](/us/bill/64/hr/8068).][[Private, No. 26](/us/pvtl/64/26).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*, E. C. Hornor.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to E. C. Hornor, of Helena, Arkansas, the sum of $1,000, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, on account of forfeiture of bond in case of Anna B. Taylor. Approved, May 29, 1916.
