CHAP. 124.— AN ACT To permit issue by the supply departments of the Army to certain military schools and colleges. May 18, 1916.[[S. 4726](/us/bill/64/s/4726).][[Public, No. 79](/us/pl/64/79).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of War Military schools. Army supplies may be issued to, for instruction camps.is authorized to issue, at his discretion and under such, regulations as he may prescribe, such quartermaster supplies and stores belonging to the Government, and which can be spared for that purpose, as may appear to be required for the establishment and maintenance of military instruction camps by the students of any educational institution to which an officer of the Army is detailed as professor of military science and tactics, and the Secretary of War shall require Bond required.a bond in each case in the value of the property for the care and safekeeping thereof and for the return of the same when required.
