CHAP. 119.— AN ACT To declare Ollala Slough in Lincoln County, Oregon, non-navigable. February 26, 1917.[[S. 1697](/us/bill/64/s/1697).][[Public, No. 351](/us/pl/64/351).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That all of that portion of Ollala Slough, Oreg.Declared a nonnavigable stream.Ollala Slough in Lincoln County, Oregon, above a point where a line 938that is one hundred and twenty rods south and running east and west and parallel with the section line between sections eight and seventeen in township eleven south, range ten west of the Willamette meridian, crosses said stream, be, and is hereby, declared to be a nonnavigable stream.
