CHAP. 113.— AN ACT Authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to accept the relinquishment of the State of Wyoming to certain lands heretofore certified to said State, and the State of Wyoming to select other lands in lieu of the lands thus relinquished. May 8, 1916.[[H. R. 177](/us/bill/64/hr/177).][[Public, No. 71](/us/pl/64/71).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Wyoming.
Exchange of public lands with.Interior is hereby authorized to accept the relinquishment of the State of Wyoming to the east half of the northwest quarter, southwest quarter of northeast quarter, northwest quarter of southeast quarter, south half of southeast quarter of section nineteen, township fifty-three north, range one hundred and three west of sixth principal meridian, which lands wore certified to the State of Wyoming in Lander Clear List Numbered Six, approved March tenth, nineteen hundred and ten; and the State of Wyoming is hereby authorized to select, and the Secretary of the Interior is authorized to certify to the State of Wyoming, an approximate equal acreage of lands subject to selection under the terms of the grant under winch the lands heroin described were selected.
