CHAP. 110.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge across the Tallapoosa River, separating the counties of Montgomery and Elmore, in the State of Alabama, at a point somewhere between Judkin Ferry and Hughes Ferry. February 21, 1917.[[H. R. 17710](/us/bill/64/hr/17710).][[Public, No. 344](/us/pl/64/344).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Tallapoosa River.Montgomery and Elmore Counties, Ala., may bridge.
That the counties of Montgomery and Elmore, in the State of Alabama, be, and are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Tallapoosa River, separating the counties Location.of Montgomery and Elmore, in the State of Alabama, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at a point somewhere between Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Judkin Ferry and Hughes Ferry, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 21, 1917.
