CHAP. 11.— AN ACT To authorize Butler County, Missouri, to construct a bridge across Black River. January 14, 1916.[[H. R. 4717](/us/bill/64/hr/4717).][[Public, No. 6](/us/pl/64/6).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That Butler County, Missouri, Black River. Butler County, Mo. may bridge.is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across Black River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the south line of section ten, township twenty-three north, range seven east, Butler County, in Construction.
