Heberer.Payment to, for injuries. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Philip H. Heberer the sum of $634, for injuries sustained while employed as a lineman in the United States telegraph corps near Valdez, Alaska, in June, nineteen hundred and fourteen. Approved, May 1, 1916.
