CHAP. 102.— AN ACT To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Fox River at Geneva, Illinois. May 1, 1916.[[S. 5415](/us/bill/64/s/5415).][[Public, No. 65](/us/pl/64/65).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Chicago and North Fox River. Chicago and North Western Railway Company may bridge, Geneva, Ill.Western Railway Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the States of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan, its 60successors and assigns, be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Fox River, at a point Construction.
Vol. 34, p. 84.suitable to the interests of navigation, in the city of Geneva and State of Illinois in accordance with the Act of Congress entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges across navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
