CHAP. 1.— An Act For the relief of Captain Harvey H. Young. December 19, 1916.[[H. R. 10049](/us/bill/64/hr/10049).][[Private, No. 159](/us/pl/64/159).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Harvey H. Young. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Harvey H. Young, late captain Company C, Ringgold’s battalion, Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States: *Provided*, That other than as *Proviso*.
No back pay, etc. set forth above no bounty, pay, pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act. Approved, December 19, 1916. 1469
