CHAP. 92.— An Act Authorizing the appointment of an ambassador to the Republic of Chile. May 16, 1914. [[H. R. 15503](/us/bill/63/hr/15503).] [[Public, No. 103](/us/pl/63/103).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Chile. Ambassador to, authorized. [R. S., sec. 1675, p. 294](/us/rs/s1675/p294), amended. That the President is hereby authorized to appoint, as the representative of the United States, an ambassador to the Republic of Chile, who shall receive as his compensation the sum of $17,500 per annum.
